Shipping
Do you have worldwide shipping?
Yes we do! You can place orders from every corner of the world. Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the weight of the items and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page after filling your shipping address.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer UPS Standard, UPS Express, DHL, Bring, Omniva and Finnish Posti Priority for our overseas customers depending on your location. You will find all available shipping options at the checkout page after filling your shipping address.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can! You should contact us and arrange the time and date via email at info@muumimukitrahaksi.fi. Our address is Ohrakatu 2 B1, Turku Finland.
Shipping time?
We ship orders from Monday to Friday. The delivery time overseas is between 2 to 14 days depending on your location and the selected shipping method. More accurate prediction will be given at the checkout page after filling your shipping address.
Payment methods
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer Klarna, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express together with a wide range of Finnish/Scandinavian banks, and various mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and MobilePay.
Buy now pay later?
Buy now and pay later payment options are provided through Klarna, Walley and regional financial institutions depending on your location.
Can I pay with cash when picking up the products?
Unfortunately not. The payment has to be made before the pick up.
Does the person who made the purchase and the recipient have to be the same person?
No. When filling an order you can choose the delivery address and billing address separately. Please note that you should then also fill in the recipients phone number to the delivery address information.

Can I be sure that the products will arrive?
We have been running this business since 2014. We have sent hundreds of thousands of products across the world to our customers. We are also an official Moomin Characters licensee. Returns and exchanges?
We abide by the Finnish Consumer Protection act. The product can be changed or returned within 14 days. We are not responsible for any expenses that maybe caused for changing or returning the product. All the products are sold in the condition described in the product description. If you have questions about the condition, ask before placing an order.
