Shipping costs

The shipping cost to Finland is always 7,90€ regardless of the number of products. The shipping costs to our overseas customers are calculated by the country of destination. For example to Sweden or Germany the shipping costs are 13,90€. To Denmark the shipping costs are 12,90€ and to Norway they are 55,90€. Shipping costs are always charged on per order basis.

We are not responsible for any potential customs, duties, taxes or other fees that the country of destination may charge.

Delivery methods

We offer DHL Parcel Connect, Posti Priority or EMS for international orders, depending on where you are located. Tracking number will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Local pickup

Local pickup is offered only to customers located in Finland. If you chose local pickup you should contact us via email info@muumimukitrahaksi.fi to set up a time and date for the pick up. Our office is located at Rauhakatu 24 Port Arthur Turku Finland.

Delivery time

We ship products twice a week to ensure you get the shipment quickly. The delivery time is usually 2-8 days after we have forwarded the package to DHL, EMS or Posti.

Returns and exchanges

We abide by the Finnish Consumer Protection act. The product can be changed or returned within 14 days. We are not responsible for any expenses that may be caused for changing or returning the product. All the products are sold in the condition described in the product description. If you have questions about the condition, ask before placing an order.

Payment methods

Visa, Mastercard or American Express and a wide range of Finnish/Scandinavian banks and MobilePay.

All payments are charged in euros (€). We do not take any responsibility for the potential currency exchange fees or other transaction fees that your bank may charge.

PSP

The payments and transactions are provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122939-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and international credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear on the receipt as the recipient of the payment. In reclamation situations please contact the service provider.

Faulty items

We are not responsible for the damage caused by DHL, Posti or EMS. If the customer can prove that the damage was caused by careless packing, we will cover the price of the product and the shipping costs.

The register is used for customer relations, delivering and processing orders, enhancing customer experience, analytics and statistics, target marketing and preventing malpractice.

Basic customer information: last name, first name,  street address, zip code, city, mobile phone number, email address, order history and tracking information for the order.

Customers basic information are recorded in the order placing process.

We may hand over some necessary information to carriers to ensure the delivery.

When necessary, we may hand over information to public authorities. We always inform the customer about the request for information, if it’s permitted by law.

Principles of the protection of the register

The register holders information system and files are protected by standard use technical protection methods. The access rights to the register require a personal username and password. These are granted only to personnel who work for the register holder and possess the necessary qualifications.

What information are collected?

The register will hold customers first name, last name, street address, zip code, city, country, email address, mobile phone number, preferred language and currency. For business customers we will also record company name, company ID and VAT number. Other information, like order content, payment method and delivery method are also recorded.

Where do we use the information?

The register is used for customer relations, delivering and processing orders, enhancing customer experience, analytics and statistics, target marketing and preventing malpractice.

The legal premise for handling customer information is a contract, consent or justifiable interest.

We have taken into account the European Union General Data Protection Regulation law and its requirements in the processing of personal data.

How long is my personal data being stored?

We will store your personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the use of the register.

In addition to that, some information might have to be stored longer, if it’s necessary in fulfilling certain legal obligations or responsibilities, such as accounting.

Information admissions to third parties

We may hand over some necessary information to carriers to ensure the delivery.

When necessary, we may hand over information to public authorities. We always inform the customer about the request for information, if it’s permitted by law.

We do not hand over personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
